Clare McCallan joined Edmund, Ali, and Nic to share her journey through the performance art of spoken word. Clare moved out to New York to pursue spoken word poetry, showing up at an open mic on a regular basis to cut her teeth. She performs one halfway through the episode. This was a great conversation about starting out, learning in the context of community, and showing up every day. Really inspired by Clare and the level of commitment she has to learn the craft.
